Three different ways to make your donation :

1-     By Check : The first and last name engraved on the glass plate and placed on the tax receipt will be those that appear on the check. If you wish to engrave a different name on the glass plate, you must specify it. Mail to the following address:

2-     By direct transfer by AccèsD(follow the steps bellow) 
- Add a bill to your account.
- Look for « Fondation J’ai ma place ».
- Write the reference number as indicated, your birth year (4 numbers).
- After the two days security delay, you may transfer your donation.
 
WARNING : The first and last name engraved on the glass plate and of which the charity receipt will attend to will be those of the owner of the Desjardins account. Use the option 1 or 3 if you wish to engrave a different name on the glass plate.
 
3-      Online Transaction by Credit Card. With this option, you may engrave the first and last name of the person rhat will appear on the glass plate. After having typed your informations on the first page, specify the first and last name in the field: « Prénom et nom à graver sur le verre » on next page.
